Biggest upsets at the Academy Awards?

I just watched Nowhere Boy and it's so messed up that Aaron Johnson
didn't get nominated for an Academy Award. His performance was
outstanding.

Any other huge upsets? Like acts who should have been nominated,
directors who should have been nominated, etc?
